Mission of Team Forty Eight

Team Forty Eight is committed to providing an unmatched experience for all student-athletes and their families. Our player-focused program makes decisions on what’s best for not just the lacrosse athlete, but the student, friend and son.

Team Forty Eight centers around developing well-rounded, high IQ lacrosse athletes. We will teach, educate and apply small group scenarios that force our players to analyze the situation, know their options and make the correct decision. Throughout this learning process, players will be encouraged to learn from their mistakes via positive feedback and coaching.

Team Forty Eight will guide and empower student-athletes and their families to explore college options through recruiting questionnaires, seminars, and personal advice, as requested. We desire to assist our young men as they navigate all the complexities and realities of next level lacrosse.

Origin of Team Forty Eight

Team Forty Eight was born out of a desire to provide a regional and nationally competitive lacrosse program for everyone in Arizona which prioritizes the student-athlete and family experience.

Team Forty Eight leadership has the experience on and off the field from an administrative, operational, educational and coaching standpoint to meet and exceed the needs of Arizona families. A growth mindset, reflective nature, and a commitment to excellence will allow us to learn and improve each and every year.
